We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data handled by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to it. There is the possibility of transmitting the necessary data by fax or telephone.

Right of withdrawal

We offer you the opportunity to return the goods to us within 7 days of delivery. You will be provided with a voucher in return. All you need to do is to inform us of the return by e-mail or fax stating the order number and send us the goods intact and unused in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods we will provide you with a voucher. We cannot refund shipping charges (nor customs fees). Of course, we will only accept exactly stamped shipments.

Order confirmation

We will provide you with confirmation of each order by e-mail or fax (indicating order number, items ordered with their price , total amount of goods, shipping charges, final amount).

Delivery arrangements

The requested products will be delivered to you by courier. Freight charges and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer; so always keep in mind the cost of goods/shipping cost ratio!

We process your order as quickly as possible. We also inform you of the exact expected delivery time.

Damage in transit / Defects / Incomplete shipments

Please examine the goods upon delivery. In case of damage incurred during transportation (please complain to the courier immediately), defects or incomplete shipments, please notify us immediately (e-mail info@biosa.it, fax +39-0471-966158) and return the products to us in the original packaging duly stamped, together with a statement, resp. description of the damage. Foodstuffs that despite our checks have been sent while expired are considered defective and are subject to these conditions. Of course, in all such cases we will bear the relevant costs and immediately arrange for a replacement shipment or repair the defects.

We assume no responsibility for damage attributable to improper use of the products.
