Lactic acid cultures: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium animalis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactobacillus lactis subsp. lactis biov. diacetyllactis, Leuconostoc pseudomesenteroides.
