Validity

The contractual relationship between the customer and Cosmo Life Srl is governed by these conditions, as they appear at the time of ordering. Any exceptions require our written consent.

Applicable law

Europe:
Any legal relationship between Cosmo Life Srl, Caldaro, and the customer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. Place of jurisdiction: Bolzano.

Our prices are in euros and include VAT in force, plus shipping costs. We reserve the right to make errors, typographical errors, and technical and price changes. The prices indicated at the time of ordering apply. Any discounts are valid only if they were indicated on our website at the time of ordering.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer. We will process your order as quickly as possible. We will also inform you of the exact and binding expected delivery date. The requested products will be delivered via courier. Shipping costs and any customs duties are the customer’s responsibility; therefore, please always consider the cost/shipping ratio! You will generally receive the goods within one week; if individual items are not available after this time, we reserve the right to partially withdraw from the contract. If the amount due has already been paid, we will of course refund it. The ordered goods, which are available for delivery, will be shipped.

The availability of the goods indicated on our online shop is not guaranteed.

Warranty conditions

The warranty conditions take effect on the order date of the invoiced amount. Unless otherwise specified, the manufacturer’s standard commercial warranties apply. For warranties that can only be redeemed abroad, we will cover the full cost of the exchange.

Responsibility

Biosa Italy – Cosmo Life Srl is subject to current legislation.
Information such as product data is general information that, with regard to its relationship to health, should not be considered a substitute for individual therapy or consultation with a physician or general practitioner. Customers are required to personally test the products we offer based on their own needs. None of the products we offer can be considered a drug (with the exception of freely marketable pharmaceutical products). We assume no liability for damage resulting from improper use.
Of course, individual tolerance of each product cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery of goods and damage during transport

The recipient is responsible for checking that the delivery is complete and accurate. In the event of any damage during transportation (please file a complaint with the courier immediately), or if the shipment is defective or incomplete, please notify us immediately (email info@cosmolife.it, fax +39-0471-966158) and return the products in their original packaging, duly stamped, along with a declaration or description of the damage. Food items that, despite our inspection, are sent out of date are considered defective and are subject to these conditions. In all such cases, we will, of course, cover the related costs and immediately arrange for a replacement shipment or repair the defects. We assume no liability for damage resulting from improper use of the products.

Product presentation on the Internet

We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information. However, the colors in the illustrations may differ from those of the actual items. The actual representation depends on the settings and the various types of hardware.

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal

We offer you the option of returning purchased products within 14 days of delivery. In exchange, we will issue a refund. Simply inform us of the return by email or fax, indicating your order number, and send us the intact and unused goods in their original packaging. Upon receipt, we will process payment, net of shipping and/or customs fees. We will, of course, only accept properly stamped shipments.

We reserve the right not to be liable for errors (e.g., typos on the price list) or delivery delays due to force majeure or other causes. We are, of course, committed to avoiding any errors and, secondly, to remedying any misunderstandings as far as possible.
